Terms of Service

1. Definitions

"Service" means the LayanX ERP platform at app.layanxerp.com. "Tenant" means the company or person who creates an account.

2. Acceptance

By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Subscription and Payment

• 14-day free trial.
• After the trial, the account converts to paid based on the chosen plan.
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

4. Data and Ownership

Tenant data remains the property of the tenant. We store and process it only to provide the Service, and do not sell or share it with third parties except as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

Prohibited: illegal activity, attempts to breach the system, or infringement of others' rights.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the preceding 12 months.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate with written notice. Upon termination, the tenant has 30 days to export their data.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Disputes will be resolved in Muscat courts.
